  • Database creation: We can create as many databases as we can demo +

  • Data tabular view: And each database is composed of columns with different data-types (e.g. text, file, number etc.) and rows which represent individual records

  • Data adding/editing/deleting: We can add, edit or delete records over a database, with customized rules for ensuring that the entered records are meaningful demo +

  • Data searching demo +:
    • We can quick-search for records over ALL databases (instead of a specific database)... or
    • advanced-search for records over a specific database (multiple conditions over the same column)
    • search definitions can be saved for repetitive use and shared with others

  • File sharing: Or we can upload our frequently used files to a database

  • Photo/Video sharing demo +: Upload our photos or videos and share our memorable moments with our friends

  • Online editor: We can even choose to compose an HTML file using the WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) HTML editor, where files, photos and videos already stored in ourDB can be inserted within the same editor environment

  • XML enabled: All data inside ourDB are XML-ready for interfacing with other 3rd-party applications

  • Permission/Group: To share information with our friends is simple - 1. create groups; 2. assign our friends to those groups; 3. for different databases, set permissions to those different groups demo +



  • Anti-virus protection: all uploaded files have been scanned by Clam Antivirus. In other words, all files on ourDB server are clean and virus-free

  • XSS free: Contents are scanned such that NO cross-site scripting (XSS) or malicious HTML/files will be uploaded to ourDB

  • Secure Socket Layer (SSL) enabled: Data transmitted between users' browsers and ourDB server are all encrypted with the certificate issued by GoDaddy, meaning that no one will be able to sniff our confidential data over the public network Internet (assuming that our PC/workstations - NOT ourDB server - were not infected with virus/spyware)

  • 2-Factor Authentication demo +: to better secure data, users may enable 2-factor authentication, so that every time they log in ourDB, a temporary one-time password will be sent to them for the 2nd level login

  • Private cloud: For a more secure architecture, ourDB can be set up in a way that the databases can be accessible only to authorized users and only from predefined locations
